I experienced an issue that prevented my car from starting. I contacted Genesis roadside assistance and they dispatched someone that was able to get my car running. I drove to Westside Genesis early Monday morning and was immediately greeted by the service advisor. They immediately transferred my car to the service department. I was a pleasantly surprised that they could begin the work right away because Mondays are typically very busy for customers. They were able to diagnose and repair the defects and repair my car under warranty. I stayed in the comfortable waiting area which allowed me to continue to work while waiting for the repair. The service writers kept me informed on the progress of the repair. When completed my car received a complementary wash and was returned to me. I can recommend them for service, and I am very picky about the quality and speed of the work on my car.

Ms. Sheila was very accommodating, kind, and flexible with my needs. I couldn't reach the main line for 48-72 hours to explain my car issues, and in desperation, I just showed up to the service area without an appointment. When I explained to her my situation, she made it seem like it wasn't an issue that I came without an appointment, that she would help resolve my car issues, and arranged a loaner very promptly. Throughout the weekend where I was without my car, she was very communicative on the status of my repairs. I truly appreciate her, and gives me faith that I can continue to come back to the Genesis team.

She remained patient throughout the financing negotiations and convinced me to purchase a Genesis that day. She stayed close and made sure to answer all questions and explain details. My vehicle needed to have some parts replaced and I was without my vehicle for quite a while. But, Genesis gave me a loaner. And when my vehicle was finished being repaired, they brought it to me and picked up the loaner. I am a huge fan of my GV80 and the service at Genesis. This is the best vehicle experience I have ever had. I HIGHLY recommend being a Genesis customer.

West Houston Genesis service was red carpet all the way with a shuttle service home, completed all the services requested and shuttle delivery return. And you can’t leave out the great coffee and snacks for the very few minutes in the waiting room!

The whole maintenance department has been changed to a better than the best any car company has their maintenance department including Mercedes. Service was prompt. I am in the Houston area visiting from Virginia, but I will be moving here in the next few months. That being said, the West Houston Genesis dealership here is the best dealership I have been to since purchasing my 2019 G80 and my wife's 2023 GV80 in 2023. My first experience at the dealership occurred when I stopped to see if I could buy extra oil filters to be used when I got back to Virginia at my local Valvoline oil change place because they never have them in stock. The lady I met at the parts desk was Ms. Bobbie Accardo. She was friendly in that genuine manner that makes one instantly likeable. She offered to help me with pricing after she noticed my federal law enforcement badge (retired) in my wallet. She asked me questions about my job and my experiences, etc., that were clearly things she wanted to hear about and was not designed interest. She was/is the reason I decided to see if I had time during my remaining few days of my visit to have maintenance performed on my wife's GV80. The service was was completed quickly and I returned a day or two later to additional items maintained or repaired. After returning again to the Houston area, I decided to have my G80 serviced. This visit I've been helped separately by two Service Personnel named Donald. Both were friendly and helpful. I immediately knew I could trust Donald when he showed me some things that needed my attention but also pointed out the items that could be addressed later, as he knew the total would be rather pricey if done all at once. Another individual whose name eludes me now used his own computer to download the latest version of the navigation map upgrades from his desktop computer to a USB device to be installed into my car. I never expected him to tie up his own computer for 30 minutes just for me, and he did so without even mentioning it. It was only after he "apologized" that my car was going to be about 20 minutes beyond the estimated time he had given to me earlier that I learned what he had done. It's one thing to plaster your advertisement with statements that you put the customer first and you care about customer satisfaction, etc., but to actually live up to those statements is quite another thing and it is rare. I will continue giving Genesis of West Houston all of my related business, even if it means passing other dealerships to get there. They have earned my loyalty.
We had an amazing experience purchasing a new Genesis GV70. We were out of town and handled all of the negotiations via email and text one evening. We drove there to make the purchase the next day and there were no surprises or sneaky add-ons. The entire process was friendly and efficient and we were quickly back on the road with our new car. So patient as I started down the path with one model, but ultimately bought another. He was very responsive and worked hard to find a vehicle that met my criteria. She went above and beyond; an experience I’ve never had with a “Car Salesman”. She assisted me with my inquiries and concerns even after the sale was finalized. Most will avoid you or brush you off all together. Can't complain one bit. Been turning heads since I drove off the lot.
